The SmartPTSL application is designed to expedite land registration procedures through Systematic Complete Land Registration (PTSL). SmartPTSL is a Mobile GIS (Geographic Information System) based application that runs on Android devices, offering features tailored to PTSL requirements. Unlike a measuring tool, SmartPTSL serves as a platform to record measurement figures from boundary meets, aerial photo interpretation, and external GNSS connection.
